Insulcon Render Membrane Paint is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use, water-based acrylic protective coating designed to enhance, protect, and promote easy cleaning of any rendered or textured substrate. This versatile membrane can be tinted to almost any color from popular color ranges, offering both aesthetic appeal and durable protection.

Coverage:

• First Coat: Approximately 40 square meters.
• Second Coat: Approximately 60 square meters.
• Note: Coverage may vary depending on substrate type and applicator ability.

Surface & Product Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean and free of loose paint, dirt, dust, grease, etc. Failure to properly prepare the surface can cause delamination and damage to the finish product. Insulcon takes no responsibility for problems arising from improper surface preparation.

Application:

• Recommended Application: Use a roller for best results.
• Two-Coat System: Apply the first coat for full coverage, partially sealing the surface. Apply the second coat carefully for the final finish.
• Suitable Weather Conditions: Avoid applying in rain, frost, excessive cold/warmth, or windy conditions.
