FIRE RESISTANT

ATS Panels are non-combustible and are compliant as external wall cladding in all Australian bushfire regions. Nasahi® Panels have been rigorously tested and will provide a FRL of 120/120/120 using standard 10mm plasterboard internal lining.

LIGHTWEIGHT & STRONG

ATS Panels weigh less than standard concrete masonry, making it convenient, lightweight, and easy to work with. Strength is provided by corrosion protected internal steel reinforcing mesh.

THERMAL COMFORT

ATS Systems achieve very high thermal ratings and easily meet the NCC climate requirements of zones in Australia.

QUIET

The ATS Panel’s unique aerated construction provides the thermal performance of a lightweight system while delivering excellent acoustic performance like a dense masonry product.

TRANSPORTABLE

Panels are flat packed in packs of up to 20 improving transportability to and around site.

Nasahi® Panels are designed to provide a superior wall cladding solution with the feel of concrete at a significantly reduced cost. Excellent airborne noise transmission properties result in a quieter, more comfortable home for your family.

Manufactured from lightweight, reinforced, autoclaved aerated concrete, ATS AAC Panels have a working density of 650kg/m3 making them highly resistant to chipping and damage during delivery and handling. ATS AAC Panels are also very thermally stable, requiring minimal expansion joints.
